PORTLAND, OREGON

One meeting per year is the Annual or General Meeting; most of the rest are Board meetings, but are all open to the public, and are considered essentially equivalent in visitor participation, except for voting, to the General Meetings. (You can vote in Board meetings if you join the Board! There are more open Board seats than there currently are Board members, so you can be appointed to an open seat, at your request, at nearly any meeting.)

The annual elections are at the Annual or General meeting, which usually is in January or early February, and WCBA Officers and Board members are elected at that time by all in attendance who do business in the Woodstock or Brentwood-Darlington neighborhoods.
